Secure Waste provides regulated waste disposal and destruction services, including sharps and needle management, biohazard waste disposal, chemotherapy waste disposal, pathological waste disposal, pharmaceutical waste management, and NAID-compliant confidential document shredding and data destruction, primarily for healthcare facilities and businesses across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
2. Quote Requests and Service Scheduling
Submitting a quote request or scheduling request through the Site does not create a binding service agreement. All service pricing, pickup schedules, and terms of service are confirmed directly between you and Secure Waste, typically through a signed service agreement, work order, or equivalent written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or reschedule a requested service based on operational or regulatory requirements.

Secure Waste performs its services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those administered by the EPA, DOT, OSHA, and DEA, and in the case of document destruction, in accordance with NAID standards designed to support customers’ HIPAA and FACTA compliance obligations. While we take regulatory compliance seriously in performing our services, use of Secure Waste does not itself guarantee your facility’s overall regulatory compliance, which depends on your organisation’s own policies, procedures, and legal obligations.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the type, volume, and classification of waste or materials for disposal
- Properly segregate and package regulated waste in accordance with applicable law prior to pickup, where required
- Ensure any documents or materials submitted for destruction do not contain items prohibited from our destruction process
- Provide accurate contact and billing information when requesting or scheduling service
5. Acceptable Use of the Site
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes related to a genuine service inquiry or request
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract content or data from the Site
- Not upload or transmit files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
